About the project
School Street is a new 250-unit affordable rental community on North School Street in Honolulu, Oʻahu. Developed by Highridge Costa Development Company, the community brings studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment homes to one of Honolulu’s most central and well-connected neighborhoods.
Residents will have access to an exercise room, computer lab, arts and crafts room, classrooms, and a multi-purpose community room with a full kitchen. A rooftop recreation deck above the parking structure offers walking paths, resident gardens, and an outdoor stage for community gatherings — a shared open space designed to bring neighbors together.
School Street is an income-restricted community. Rents, income limits, unit availability, and occupancy timing are subject to final approval and program requirements.
